The Constituency Development Fund (CDF) is the cornerstone of Zambia’s decentralized development, empowering local constituencies to drive their own progress. In a direct presidential directive, the CDF is now strategically focused on delivering high-impact projects that meet critical community needs. This includes the construction of Maternity Annexes to safeguard maternal health, the rehabilitation of Feeder Roads to connect communities and markets, and the provision of clean Water and Sanitation to uphold public health and dignity. Through the CDF, we are building a more prosperous, equitable, and healthy Zambia from the grassroots up.
